Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, p. 1) – hereafter the GDPR − we inform you that:

The controller of the personal data provided through the contact form is No Limit Sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw, registered address: ul. Księżnej Anny 3, 03-866 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the Register of Businesses of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 16th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000128397, NIP: 5241066960 (hereafter: the Controller).

The data provided by you will only be used for the purpose of handling the enquiry sent through the form, e.g. replying by electronic mail. The legal basis for the processing by the Controller of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) the GDPR, the so-called legitimate interest pursued by the Controller, as without the use of personal data (the first name, the surname, the e-mail address) the Controller would not be able to reply to the enquiry intentionally sent.

You have the following rights:

the right to object to data processing,
the right of access to your data and the right to obtain copies thereof,
the right to request the rectification of (correcting) your data,
the right to request the erasure of data, the restriction of data processing,
the right to object to data processing,
the right to data portability,
the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
The exercise of the right to object to the processing of personal data may result in the Controller’s being unable to reply to the enquiry.

Your personal data will be processed for a period of one year from the conclusion of the exchange of correspondence regarding the enquiry. The Controller neither makes any automated decisions on the basis of the personal data provided nor uses them for the purpose of profiling.

The provision of data is voluntary but necessary for the Controller to reply.
