Home delivery
We offer a comprehensive B2C delivery service for stationary and online shops. We carry out orders for multi-packet and bulky shipments together with a package of additional services including lifting, rapid assembly or installation of equipment at the target site.
We provide comfort in the delivery of ordered goods.
- Depending on the client's needs and requirements, deliveries including lifting are carried out by a team of professionals consisting of two or more people
- Assembly, unpacking the shipment, and taking away unnecessary packaging
- Pickup of goods directly from the supplier or stored in our warehouses

In large urban areas, we use environmentally friendly distribution solutions. We are investing in electric vans and our own charging stations. This reduces air pollution and noise levels. We are consistently developing our Environmentally Friendly Logistics programme.

The Home Delivery offer includes adjusting the time of service to suit the buyer's preferences.
Delivery of goods is made within the indicated time windows.
The consignee can continuously monitor the status of the shipment on the Track & Trace platform.
WHITE GLOVE LOGISTICS
A particular type of premium service is White Glove Logistics. It is an express delivery from the consignee to the end customer without transshipment. Products of significant value and orders requiring special precautions are covered by this service. The order is monitored at every stage and the forwarder remains in constant contact with the customer. As part of the White Glove Logistics service, specialised packaging of fragile or vulnerable goods is possible. At White Glove Logistics, we transport medical equipment, electronic equipment, art works, antiques or equipment and stands to trade fairs.
